I don't think he would feel either attack as just by casually swinging his blade he can produce power like 500 times more than 1080 pc but I'd say 1080 PC because Shi Shi Son Son is all about technique and finnese and Mihawk as WSM must have easy counter to that. Even Kaku was able to easily block Shi Shi Son Son while Kaku would need to use high end rankyaku to block 1080 pc

You wouldn’t be able to do the same to an iceberg, also Aokiji/Kuzan makes Ice so durable it can last days - months - years.
That Iceberg is not 10 kilometers. It's roughly as long as Marineford is, which would be 1-2 miles at best, and even that is a stretch given the size of the battlefield, and how long it took the Marines and Whitebeard Pirates to engage in combat. We all know Oda's scaling is terrible.
But even if we give it the benefit of the doubt and do say it is 10 KM, it is still nowhere near even a billion tons. Again, an Iceberg the size of Delaware (2,489 sq miles or 6446 sq kilometers) is a trillion tons.

He had no ill will against Pre Skip Luffy, he literally wanted to test what is so special about Luffy. If he kills him off the bat how can he test him?
What is Mihawk's ill will towards Luffy? Why would he attempt to kill him?
Despite all that, despite Mihawk massively supressing himself, he would have casually taken Luffy's arm off mid G2 attack, Luffy himself admitted it. Kaido or no one else has ever been portrayed that fast against G2 besides Kizaru.
If Mihawk used named attack like Kaido did on Luffy, forget about Luffy, he'd easily one shot kill even Kaido himself

Depending on the translation and also the interpretation of the words. Other translations say Mihawk will not be merciful, or that his blade knows no restraint. Neither means Mihawk will go all out, it just means he won't go easy on him and Luffy will need to have a run for his money.
