Would of made this series quite a bit different if if I left alot the same.

I don’t want to straw hats to be put in a situation where they have to be responsible for someone’s kid you know. That sort of limits what they could possible do moving forward. Carrot can have a proper job and still be the noob of the crew. Getting Jinbe the experienced one and Carrot (or Yamato, granted) as the trainee would work.

Fine. But she's either joining or not. Oda won't be wasting time leaving her in limbo past Wano.

Carrot and Yamato there well train enough. The lack experience fighting against unknown threats. However, Yamato in a lot ways can handle herself in fight. While carrot does needs assistance sometimes she is still can be useful on her own. The look out position ever since Long long land. Luffy state’s the role of look out role needs to create excitement and enthusiasm. Which carrot actually has. Yamato the type character that she is base on yankee style girl who use fighting rather Than staying background. Knowing that oden’s log book exist I believe she would give it to momo. Knowing that she can be her own person toward this arc. She creates her own log book start on her journey with straw hats. She probably can get her own personal interviews with all of them.

I remember really wanting her to join at the start of the arc especially because of the luffy hat thing but the more time passes idk

I can see Tama eventually inheriting Luffy’s Staw Hat some time down the line. But I don’t expect Luffy to give her an invitation to join for the same exact reason Ace didn’t.

In terms of dreams and the roles they play in joining the crew, this is how I see it:

Zoro - Joining helps him meet stronger foes on his path to become the strongest swordsman.

Nami - Joining helps her see the world more so as to draw a whole map of it.

Usopp - Joining helps him meet stronger foes so as to become a brave warrior of the sea.

Sanji - Joining helps it make it more likely that he’ll see All Blue.

Chopper - Joining helps him get a better understanding of the diseases from all around the world and how to cure them.

Robin - Joining helps make it more likely that she’ll discover the Void Century.

Franky - Joining helps ensure that the Thousand Sunny will sail any sea so long as he keeps tending to it.

Brook - Joining helps ensure that he’ll meet back up with Laboon one day.

Jinbe - Joining helps give the crew more power in defeating the terrible forces in the world, including prejudice, and better result in there being less hostility and discourse and more equality and harmony between the fishmen and humans.

Yamato - ???

Yamato goal in my opinion based on your own interpretation for now because we don’t know much about her backstory is just yet. She wants open boarder to wano. However, she is not interested in being the Shogun wano. She does state she wanted go on adventure with Ace and his friends so badly. However, the shackles on wrist kept her from leaving. Second best choice join luffy instead. She said, she wants to be like Oden but we have no idea what that means. My only thought is possibly making herself into a legendary figure just like Oden once did. In other words possible making herself tough Person that she could possible be. Now that were new world the strongest ocean in the world she could reach goal quite rapidly continue fight stronger enemies. There’s also the possibility that she also wants to go on the same journey as Oden wants did. Since she been locked up for a long time.

Now this I go back and forth on, because I think it really depends on whether Luffy and co. will succeed in opening Wano’s borders by the end of the Wano Country arc, or if, assuming that will still be Yamato’s dream, that they all for some compelling reason have to leave Wano despite it still being closed. Wano has to be opened by the time of Joy Boy’s second coming after all, so I suppose it would seem kind of awkward if they left Wano unopened, went to Laugh Tale, discovered all what the government had been hiding, and then just go back to open Wano in time for Joy Boy.

Boarder the wano could still open after the arc is over. The citizen have already suffer more than enough oppression throughout wano for number of years. For Christ The drinking dirty water, poisonous food, devil fruits that can give people birth affects in terms there ability and permanent smile on there face without showing any other emotion. They only can get the sense of freedom in the fire festival. The thing wano citizen they want new direction and a new Form leader take charge instead orochi and Kaido. However, I could see your point that rushing into things of changed might be trouble because of the world government. Oden did says there was enemy that wano was afraid of. It’s use be open to world now is close off from the world for several years. Who is enemy wano afraid possible the world government.

I certainly don't know. I assume since Pedro asked her to help make sure they live to see it through, she'll find a way to make it work.

I think many of us addressed it since there's probably a deeper reason why she had to go to WCI when Pedro and Pekoms could have done the things she did.

Oda has yet to justify why she had to exist in the story this long with the crew.

4. To add some spices for pedro's dead
5. To be one of the minks that survive (it would seems bad if rescuing sanji but paying 1 live for it and coming to wano without any minks left) and tells stories about pedro after the WCI arc

Beyond this point my speculation would go wilder
6. For the future, she, tama, shinobu and scabbard would become SHs sworn brother/sister/family? (Because their connection is deeper than grandfleet) well or probably just to be allies
7. Unite with other girls to become girl force?

1. It's just paralleling. Not necesarilly the same. But design wise she is the rabbit of alice in wonderland

3. Yes. That's why she's still around SHs. But with her sticking with SHs for a long time without having important dialogue/thought bubble make her character less interesting and less development to become SHs. People starting to get bored of her character

4. Yes he add some spice too. But the different is carrot watched it on the spot and delivers it in SHs group on ship
5. Pekoms is supposed to sacrifice his life too. Remove carrot from the plot and leave pedro and pekoms on wci make SHs seems like sacrificing them only for their goals (sanji and RP)
