If you talk about Jinbe's dialogue "I will escort you to Kaido's place" that will just mean withot Jinbe's escorting, Sanji would reach Kaido's place already badly wounded. He could be the lurking legend and Garp has hinted at the return of the Rocks, we thought it's just Big Mom and Kaido.
Also, pairing him with Zoro would be a dope fight between swordsmen and Kaido could perhaps keep his head in that case.

Jinbe is acting as bodyguard for Sanji. He was escorting weaker characters so the weaker characters can survive because the weak are still his allies.
Like Luffy with Vivi in Alabasta.
Like Marco with Luffy in Marineford.
Like Robin and Kyros to Rebecca in Dressrosa.

Stronger characters protecting weaker crybabies are nothing new, has happened before, and is now happening again.

Zoro is going after Apoo, he needs to catch, fights, defeat apoo and bring the antidote to chopper. So no there is 0% for zoro vs queen actually. But at the same time Luffy, sanji and jimbei are in the 1st floor and have to meet queen in the next one. So tell me now how sanji vs queen is not gonna happen? With his recent jealousy towards jimbei and gags for being unknown, he will probably tell to jimbei and luffy that "i will take queen whatever it costs for my honor " lol!

Be glad Sengoku saved Shanks from getting MEIGOU'D by Sakazuki.

That only works on deathbed Yonko who can barely use CoO or CoA. Shanks could have cut Akainu in half. Imagine punching in front of you and still being shocked when someone blocks you in your face . The speed, strength and haki gap is too big for a mere admiral to fight Shanks. That's why Sengoku pussied out of fighting the impregnable( invincible) Red Hair pirates.
