Your point is silly because of Sanji checking up on his face it means Vergo’s right leg is over his torso. His leg also has an upwards bent as well, so a 100% bent angle let’s roughly say that. Vergo also has to bend his lower body a little to left to accommodate for that stance, because he is standing erect facing Sanji means his lower body is bending to the left. Because his right thigh crosses over the waist you should expect his coat to have a pronounced “dimple” or whatever you say right where you highlight with red.
But you’re saying that is the right leg which has action lines that goes up the left coat side. Like you clearly see how the action lines, which means you have to argue his right leg is literally merging with the left hip. Literally that’s what follow from your worldview

The panels are viewing the action from a left angle. If Vergo was kicking with his right leg, his body would be turned to be more visible to audience(which is actually shown in later panels when he actually kicks with his right leg).
Instead, in the panel in question, the angle his body is being positioned at suggests that his turning away from the camera.
