@critical mindset thoughts on this? It would align with Vergo's inherent and interwoven characterization of being somewhat of a joker, a parody on the underworld name of his boss and close friend Doflamingo. I for one can see this being true, Vergo wanted to get a chuckle or two and trolled Judge's son like that. There's also Vergo's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterization - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. That and Vergo's running gag of things being on the wrong place, like food on his face, which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons, would suggest this to be the case.

In addition to the fact that the angle itself is left-focused, how exactly do you know that Vergo doesn't have the same stance?
Also, how exactly can you guess that the angle is maybe 100 degrees when the perspective is a low angle shot? I don't think your scaling is legit tbh.

Sanji and Vergo have an approximately 3/4 height ratio, so the dude must be kicking higher and even twist his leg to the side more to mirror Vergo's stance. It is equivalent to hitting someone that's reaching up to his lower ribcage in the chin in the face. (and I can tell from this low angle the small devisation from Sanji's leg so it amounts to something like 100 degrees) That position will make him rotate even more and therefore deviate more from what you think should be Vergo's position. You are a rambling bonobo. I can't help your maladaptive brain to understand this.

Vergo's leg isn't even at a 90 degree angle like he was in the panel. His foot is pointing towards the fucking sky.
