Nami is just reacting to the fact that Kaido is being referred to as a creature. When most people hear the word creature, "human" is not the first thing that pops to mind. It does not negate the universal definition of the term, which humans are incorporated in.

i dont disagree that the term should include humans!!!!! Oda having nami react in that way implies he might disagree with us though. Accept it and move on ffs
Nami's reaction is simply due to the fact that calling him the strongest creature instead of simply calling him the strongest man is unorthodox, implying he's not human. But Zoro saying that Kaido is "known" as the world strongest in the last chapter confirm his "title" includes human
