It's almost 2021 and you are still falling for the same Zoro casual attack trick Oda has played on everyone since post TS.
Zoro vs Hody
Haters: Hody is too strong for Zoro. He needs to seat down. He can beat a main villain. His attacks are too slow.
Zoro gets serious one chapter later and oneshot Hody.
Hater: That's not fair. Water got in Hody eyes.
You know how many characters has blocked, evaded or stopped Zoro's casual attack just to get destroyed the second he gets serious....all of them.
Remember, Luffy and Kid are going to fight Kaido and Luffy attack was easily stopped by Queen and Kid could not out down Apoo, even for a second.

-Zoro uses long ranged attack from distance against Hody, which is easier to dodge.
-Zoro uses his fastest attack against Hody, Shishi Sonson (which he used to hit Kuma).
Can't you even tell the difference here?
marco dodged a close quarter attack, not long ranged attack.
Also, Brook attacked in that position too, which also helps.
At the beginning of wano, they said that Sanji cant win vs any yc, not even a yc4( like snack), but those days, everyone is desperate to see Sanji vs Queen, those fellas forgot when they made fun of Sanji.
Now they try to make fun of queen also, with is hilarious. Making fun of 1.3b.
