From how I read it in Viz, he said he'd take Zoro mentioned that Brook and Robin shouldn't be fighting small fries, we all implied they are going on as well, we just have to wait and see

OH Shit I just thought of an Idea, what if Zoro actually fights King now.
- He used 1 sword style Shi Shi SonSon on Apoo
- King burns his Sandai Kitetsu, Defeats King in 2 Sword Style, Tower Climb
- He receives Nidai Kitetsu
- And ZCK or ZKK, with 3 Sword Style 3000 Worlds / 9 Sword Style Asura

I agree, Marco ain't fighting a calamity.

Outside of a clash, its a waste of a fight. Marco does not need to grow for the EoS. He does not need to be superior to King or be shown in that way.

Considering the fact that virtually every other notable beast pirate is fighting a strawhat, im frankly surprised people aren't seeing this
