Or do people say even if they fight, they can't do anything; such as in marineford when Kizaru tried to take Whitebeard's head but stopped by marco? Or Akainu couldn't pass marco, and then Shanks in marineford? Or Sengoku when he failed against Blackbeard?

When will you marine fans learn;

- the job of the marines; is fighting against pirates
- the job of the pirates; doing whatever they want

Pirates don't have an obligation to fight marines, their job is not destroying marines
The marines have an obligation to fight the pirates, their only job is destroying the pirates

When you understand this it's easy to figure who is stronger and who is not.

And the Marines are willing to do their job because they are great. You think the Gorosei and Emu would hold so much power if it could be mollywhopped by 4 pirates? We know Kaido is going down in this arc to massively weaker luffy compared to the Luffy that will fight Akainu

The scene just ends with marco grabbing zoro with his talons. Some people think Marco should try throwing Zoro from all the way down there. If he tried that 98% chance either queen or king swats Zoro back down to Marco again

Even killing Ace wouldn't stop Whitebeard from attacking the marines according to Garp.

It wouldn't be any different for Oden and others, unless Kaido is the real deal that scares Whitebeard

The scene ends with Marco holding Zoro with his legs and making that claim, while King and Queen are blocking their way based on the text.

It is TRULY unforgivable, in both a narrative and literary sense, to heap so much glory and adoration on a group of characters WHO KNEW THEIR FRIENDS WERE IN TROUBLE AND DID NOTHING TO HELP THEM. Whitebeard inflicted more damage on his “son” than he did on Kaido for ruining Oden’s homeland. Pure, unadulterated garbage Oda’s serving up now, this is a fuckin’ embarrassment

So wb doesn't mind attacking wg that has even bigger army then kaidou, leading to wb pirates sacrifices, but doesn't want to sacrifice anyone attacking wano...

Pirates don't have an obligation to fight marines, their job is not destroying the marines, they are usually after the treasures and other valuable things, fighting with the marines for no reason is stupid for them.
The marines have an obligation to fight the pirates, their only job is destroying the pirates.

When you understand this it's easy to figure out who is stronger and who is not.

However this is true thats why marines are using SSG to counter yonko.

Comparing this situation with Oden to Thatch is a false equivalence. Toki, the babies all rode on Newgate's ship alongside Oden.

Newgate knew Oden had more to lose compared to Thatch. Remember that Newgate is the same guy who cares about his home island and continues to funnel crew savings towards it. He helped Neptune as a favor to Fishman Island. Yet he won't have the same level of courtesy for his "little brother?"

But BM said that with the additional forces of Elbaf she could've defeated Kaido, Shanks and then "Even Whitebeard". Which means that the main issue was a power issue otherwise the entire statement doesn't make sense.

His basic powerscaling is all over the place anyway so yeah I wouldn't mind.
People are expecting Zoro to kill Kaido, some others are expecting Kidd to do it.
Me just expecting Luffy to face 2 yonko on his own for 1 chapter doesn't seem crazier than that or less likely.

It's not just a matter of powerscaling, Luffy has no business taking on 2 Yonko at once by himself. If by surviving, you mean very briefly holding his own while giving all he's got, that's fine, but you mentionned Luffy single handedly making Kaido and Big Mom look like trash which is another story.

Giving his jolly roger to Fishman Island does not involve risking his crew.
