For example, if you are into Games too... you might know about "Metal Gear Solid" game
and the game is Japanese, BUT THE STORY happens to characters who SPEAK ENGLISH....
So it was perfect to see English voice acting instead of Japanese... ALTHOUGH The Japanese voice actor for the main character is non other than Blackbeard voice actor... so he's really good... it just didn't match as good as the English one

It's NOT Japanese English.... It's Japanese Engrish LOL
