When the fuck did Luffy use Red Roc before? He just used basic Gear 3 and he sent Kaido crashing.

You don't need Ryou to hurt Kaido. Stop being dumb. Law and Kid don't have Ryou.
That's the point,Red Roc is a new attack Luffy developed. We know the last time he fought Kaido,he couldn't do anything and decided to learn Haki flow and Penetration Coa to damage Kaido next time.
We don't know if kid or law learned Ryuo or not but even if they didn't,they have Df hax which may do the trick, Luffy has none so it is pretty clear Red Roc uses advanced Coa as Kaido is not getting harmed/damaged by normal means.

Maybe he has something else but I highly doubt that it will be as effective as Luffy's Ryou it also applies to Law
Bro we know how Kidd fights with metal. Why is a physical attack. He needs Ryou. Law has hax. Law can either have ryou or just use Hax it doesn't matter. You guys got to stop the nonesense. Its the sccabards thing all over again. Kidd would not go to the top if he couldn't hurt him. Its illogical, even Luffy isn't that stupid and trained

Is it really a 1v1 if it doesn't start off as one ? Let's assume all the SN's get defeated but ultimately, they still managed to fuck up Kaido really badly and therefore they contributed to the overall battle so it definetely doesn't count as a 1v1....
It is still 1 vs 1 when only two fighters fight each other, most of the people here equate "defeating single handedly" with "1 vs 1" thing...Kaido intro is "1 vs 1, always bet on Kaido" so he should win "1 vs 1" in any situation....the intro is not about "1 vs 1, bet on Kaido" but Terms & Conditions apply...

To you it may count but no one will say Luffy 1v1'd Kaido cos it simply isn't true.

It'll definitely end with Luffy and Kaido as the last two standing to bring the fight to it's conclusion, but Kaido will be injured prior to it. The way it seems to be being built up is that the perception of Kaido needs to be shattered, while at the same time Luffy needs to be announced to the World that he is here, and a real contender for the throne. There is no other time to do this other than Wano, because after this we are moving towards EoS.

We've seen that even those on the level of the scabbards can put up somewhat of a resistance against Kaido if they work together, but ultimately, they lost in the end. The only person Oda has prepped to go the full distance in this fight is Luffy, and it happened over the course of two and a half arcs.

Are we to believe that Law, who needed Luffy to defeat Doflamingo in his steed, is suppose to magically be on Luffy's level, after all that Luffy has been through, while Law has gone through no type of transformation, or given any significant power ups? What about Zoro and Killer who just took each other out a couple dozen chapters ago? Luffy went through all that just to catch up to them? Kid is the only ambiguous one here, because the only people we know he's lost to is Shanks crew, and Kaido, but even then, how far strong does Oda plan on making him?

People need to take their beer goggles off and realize that Luffy has been the one Oda has been prepping for this fight extensively. The others are there and will contribute to it, but the one who will ultimately be standing in the end to finish off Kaido, is Luffy.

Not only Luffy, Zoro could temporarily fight with Big mom too if she uses Napoleon, I imagine Zoro would want to clash swords with her not only with Kaido if she draws her sword.

So if Zoro fights with Big mom as well, not only Kaido, then it will definitely be an all out battle, not focused on Kaido entirely.

Or Kidd can use magnetism on Big mom's Napoleon which could force her to not use her sword, so she would use unarmed combat with fire and lightning instead. Oda has many options at this point.

One thing for sure, Law is there for his ability to cheap shot people; Shambles.
CoC user Kidd is there for countering the two CoC users, Luffy shouldn't be alone. (Like Roger wasn't alone against Rocks and Whitebeard, Garp joined him, and Linlin and Kaido were much weaker)
Killer is also very skilled at cheap-shot; even nerfed Kamazou did that and almost beat Zoro with the help of the Fox guy, then only lose because he lost his weapon.
Zoro is also skilled at cheap-shot, he almost beat Apoo with a cheap-shot with the help of Drake.

So Oda already foreshadowed that these guys who are going to help Luffy are very skilled at cheap-shotting, Luffy will be the main force and others will help Luffy with cheap-shots and unexpected hits.

Oda actually been prepping Zoro just has much in Wano for Kaido

I never said he did. You read something wrong lol

You're assuming Law and Kidd are gonna hurt Kaido without Ryou. If you dont need Ryou to hurt Kaido, then there wouldnt be so much emphasis on needing it to hurt Kaido generally lol.
