I'd like opinions on both my hierarchy of Zoro's attacks and whether Oni Giri is the weakest

Dude its definitely one of the weaker attacks from Zoro. Also its clear from Zoro's statement that he doesn't have complete control over Emma yet. I don't think it would make much sense in that case to use a Strong Attack.

Though things will become much clearer once panels drop

I wanted to get you guys opinion on something. I was arguing that (Rengoku) Oni Giri is Zoro's weakest Santoryu attack or at least low tier among his Santoryu attacks.

My reasons below:

• The first Santoryu attack he used.
  • Preskip He used it to finish Axe Hand Morgan.
  • Postskip He used the upgraded version to finish Hyouzou
• It's normally his opening Santoryu attack
  • Against Mihawk
  • Against Daz Bones
• Attacks probably stronger than Oni Giri:
  • Ul Tora Gari
    • Zoro used it to counter the massive Punk Hazard Dragon and pushed it back
  • Yasha Garasu
    • Gave Oars many wounds that drew blood
• Attacks definitely stronger than Oni Giri:
  • Nigori-Zake
    • Overpowered Kaku's Bigan and cut him
    • Cut Oars fang
  • Gyuki Yuzume
    • Destroyed T-Bone's attack and oneshot him
  • Tatsumaki
    • Nearly broke Kaku's Tekkai
  • 108(0) Pound Cannon
    • Oars admitted it would cut him pretty badly
    • Bisected Pica's Golem
  • Rokudo no Tsuji
    • Ougi
  • Sanzen Sekai
    • Zoro's final attack against Mihawk
    • Badly cut Oars up
    • Bisected Pica's Golem and set the top half floating up several hundred metres

Maybe it's not the weakest Santoryu attack, but it's a low tier Santoryu attack. Powerscaling Santoryu attacks it would be something like:

Onigiri is Zoros basic move like Luffys Gomu Gomu no pistol. Luffy upgraded his basic move through the story in different variations and even with haki it was always something basic but strong. Rengoku Onigiri seems to be the basic move combined with ryou. I think you are absolutely right , it’s a basic and strong attack but there are plenty of stronger attacks. I think one of his strongest attacks would be Asura combined with ryou and he would become literally “Enma the ruler of the underworld"

Rokudo no tsuji is a secret technique like ISDS, so I think it should be in the same tier as that

That can just be the speed of the attack or just even dust. It is not necessarily indicate of haki usage.
As you can see there's even one at the top of Kaido and one next to Killer but he implies he has no Ryou

That's not from Zoro, thats from Killer's decapitation.

We saw Oden's best. We are far from seeing Zoro's best.
He can discard Enma, pick any sword instead of it, go into Asura and cut Kaido into pieces, like promised.
