    Kizaru didnt take Luffy serious at all. Although he knew what NIKA is. And Luffys attack was extremely strong and punctual and hit Kizarus head from the inside. You underestimate how devastating that attack was and Kizaru still tanked it, to some extent. Hes not knocked out.
