So since Smoothie is a joke, Queen disappointing, Jozu was Doffy's chair and Lucky Roux might be the exception of the ruel due to Shank's crew likely having a higher level of characters on average compared to the other Emperor, isn't it time to put Doffy on the same general level as the other Yc1?
