The Ancient Robot attacked Mariejoa 200 years ago.

Considering that it seems to be waking up now, I'm thinking maybe Saturn witnessed the assault back then and would be able to give us lore on it.

The Gorosei being centuries old and not venturing to the surface in living memory would explain why the Admirals are considered the World Government's ultimate military power even if the Gorosei were stronger.
