This beast really ate a fire spear that should be dangerously close to his heart, yelled a little, then immediately went back to fighting Ace and winning (keep in mind those fire spears weren't even a free hit, Ace had to risk a broken neck to land them).

Smoughtown is overall a very solid source for lore, probably the most credible major lore source at this point. Outside of Smough, it’s usually smaller YouTubers/unknown sources spitting fire about random topics. Smough and Hawkshaw are the best lore sources. Don’t watch Vaati for anything more complicated than item descriptions (and Vaati fucks those up half the time)
