Hey man, did you watch the first episode of blue period? The plot is very promising but the animation/direction is pretty mediocre.
I decided to read the manga, I'm already at chapter 7 (the serialization is monthly so each chapter is around 48-50 pages long). I recommend.

I'm loving Sonny Boy. That 3rd episode was so good, the entire subtext addressing anomie and social exclusion was amazing.
Aside from the visuals, it's a great refreshment to see a series with soft and clear colors.CI also thought this was @Light D Lamperouge at first...
