Do you think it is now safe to say that Roger’s CoC caused the storm that destroyed Shiki’s fleet? With how crazy Shanks’ CoC is, Roger’s CoC causing a severe storm seems reasonable. Hopefully Shanks can also do the same

We only have their old counter parts to go by and Old Rayleigh's hype and portrayal shits on Old Garp's hype and portrayal despite Garp being active and Rayleigh being retired.
As hype as Shanks is Rayleigh still has superior hype.
