Round 2: Mihawk, Weevil, Yami Teach, Doflamingo, Hancock, Law, Jinbe.
Their Shichibukai have their crew available.
We place Mihawk, Rayleigh and Zoro at virtually the same spots (3 vs 4, 14 vs 14 and 24 vs 25 respectively). 😍

ISDS should be substantially above Kong Gun IMO. Even leaving aside the lethality of swords slashes, the DC produced is not really comparable.
How do you reconcile Kaido calling Shutenmaru "mighty" (https://i.imgur.com/o5Zk2Ea.png) with him calling Doflamingo a "terrible weakling" (https://i.imgur.com/dfi8L7b.png)?
Jack was also sent to "recapture" Doflamingo (https://i.imgur.com/qJNvMTN.png). That would be a tall order if Jack himself was weaker than the Young Master.
