Sub-Zero take here but Skyrim is just a completely unforgettable experience, jank shit and all. You don’t really quit Skyrim, you just take really long breaks. I have sunk over a thousand hours in and the game is just as entertaining now as it was all those years ago.

Tou is about to defeat Han, who repelled Zhao and Wei multiple times and even repelled Gokei and Renpa. This isn't to say that Tou is a stronger commander than them but Ouki's words about Tou not really being below him are probably accurate.

Here are my honest thoughts since you gave yours brother.
I think Roger/PB is a pedestal meant to be surpassed by the MC first. Its a treshold that will be rendered null and less special if more people are at that level.
I think Akainu is very close to Prime Garp if not at that level. I think Shanks with his Joyboy level Haki can be stronger then Akainu but it depends.

I think the overall scaling goes Batei ~ Jiaga ~ Kansaro ~< Bananji ~< Gyou’Un. Batei purely from feats deserves to be Akou level martially.
