Do you really compare a CoC user chosing to follow another CoC user (that's destined to become the Pirate King by the way) to some guy with gifted special df who sucks CD and gorosei balls or whoever's balls that are his superiors?

Zoro expects luffy and pushes luffy to be the guy he goes with. The moment luffy steps out of line, zoro is gone.

Everytime you call an Admiral a “Slave” you’re calling irl top marine soldiers/soldiers in general slaves, they signed up for that so obviously they’ll have a boss since to run a army you need multiple structures.

Kuzan resigned knowing what he knows and Sakazuki talks back to the gorosei not giving a damn and we got Fuji who freed the slaves actually doing the revolutionaries work.
