I think that speed that Kaidou used against Snakeman relative, if not faster.

I fully understand that Kizaru is weak and unable to beat Big Mom and Kaidou.
Kizaru's speed isn't a problem for anyone, it wasn't a problem for Luffy who is slower than Kaidou, will it be for Kaidou?
Kizaru is a kind of privileged YC1 with only one high stat and the rest being MID.
