Vergo actually run away from Sanji.
Sanji didn't lose to Doffy. Even Sanji already come up with counterattack back at Doflamingo.
Sanji never lose to King. King got blocked twice by Sanji.
And when King send Sanji flying through the building, King's beak got bend.

The narrative says and yet you deny...plus sanji was still stale mating Vergo even at a disadvantage.. Luffy then meets zoro right after.. and you can see that King isn't even up there yet... which means he's down with sanji
Then we see that king flies up towards the roof after queen's intervention and we see the number franky shot down with barachio bomber and we see king levitating up there clearly:
and then we see Sanji getting up while the number JUST got knocked out and after king JUST flew towards the roof :
In a nutshell.. just seconds after sanji got shot by King through the building and luffy flinging himself towards the roof with franky downing a number and saving ussop... sanji was up and kicking..

how about... oda drew a bent beak when its supposed to be straight ironically after king crashed into sanji.
All I'm suggesting is that's a common drawing style for Oda, this cannot be rejected as an element, it would be quite unfair to. Because some users point the gun on a possible fanfiction too soon, when we have direct examples of cases of this kind. Even looking at Morgans, another sample. He is supposed to be a Pelican (eventually) and yet Pelicans don't have a beak like that.
These characters don't necessarily stick well to the original animal world we have in real life, it can very well constitute a drawing style choice. There's not enough compelling evidence of Sanji managing to bend that beak.
