i never argued the accuracy of what oda drew.. but I'm pointing out your fault that you consider such a fundamental change a form of accuracy... and if accuracy is the problem.. why would he change his beak in the first place.. it doesn't make any sense.

let's assume sanji lost all the battles you mentioned. Everyone he challenged is the strongest at the moment ın there. Why has Zoro come to save somebody ?
The man saved Takashi. He saved Nami Chopper and Brook.
Why didn't Zoro show up at such moments?

The logic is very simple. No need to mix.
Luffy is the captain. He does anything for his friends. His friends also gather their backs.
Zoro is right arm. He will do anything for his captain. It's a monster. Communication with other members of the group is reduced to almost non-existent. After post time skip, his only relationship is almost sanji and luffy. He is always alone at Wano until Luffy arrives. Just show opponent and cut it.
Sanji is the left arm. He will do anything for his captain. He is the protector and watcher of the crew. His intelligence is the most advanced of the group in matters of war strategy . He has almost communication with every member of the group. Sanji is an emotional character. And it will never be a monster. Can we say powerless?
All three of them are different from each other in character and have complementary aspects for a ship as the 3 main forces.
The series could have continued without matching vergo with doflamingo or king.
The ODA must be showing something for Sanji's character wtih these matchups . Or you could say he hates Sanji and throws it away.
