Anything Sanji related for one, but I’m not the best for this. I’ve only seen the arguments I can’t actually prove or disprove anything. Haki too dumb in general imo, I leave the arguing to those with a better understanding. I’ll admit I can’t keep up wit the shit.

IMO We know far to little of Ryou, Haki yes, But the Application that As Hyo understood it to be. There might not be a Black Coating for it. To many inconsistencies for my tastes. We should assume Haki is being used, But the black coating is not always there, if it is.
I lean on Kaidou did use Haki, possibly the bare minimum. But again it's my opinion, and it's not held highly here.

simple blunt force attack won't harm Luffy no matter how much you put because he is rubber...you remember Moria island splitting attack which didn't do anything to Luffy....and also, lighting element won't harm Luffy either as we have seen in Enel fight, so either Kaido used haki here or there is some other way you can harm someone with blunt force resistant other than haki...who knows

Oda really needs to explain Haki more. It’s just weird how sometimes he decides to just not draw armament haki, it’s confusing

As others have said. There is no way he wasn't using Haki. Luffy is made of rubber, and without haki the attack would have done no damage.

If I had to wager a guess he either used the same Armament Luffy learned to use this arc, or its an application of Conquerors Haki.

He used haki. The only way to hurt the rubber man is through haki attacks, cutting, attacks that affect the body internally etc.
The club is spiked but I don't think the spikes punched through Luffy, so it's likely he used haki and the sparks seems to support that.

He is immune. The wall had a mirror on it

Yes he did. Luffy has an immunity to blunt attack therefore without Haki you cannot hurt him with a blunt weapon.
