Is Bleach Better than Kingdom?

Before the Siege of Gian, I estimated Qin had about 15,000 men left in Northern Zhao.

The raws seems to confirm that number has now shrunk to the point the Qin now have fewer than 10,000 men left.

That means a few things.
1. the taking of Gian was more costly to the HSA+GKA than I anticipated, and
2. Kan Ki held on to even fewer troops than I thought he would.

Of the 140,000 Qin troops that fought in Battle at Gian, I believed 125,000 of them to have died in Ri Boku's cage. My estimates were:
Code:
estimated Qin casualties
- close to 100% of 10,000 Heki Army
- close to 100% of 50,000 Fuu Han Army
- about 90% of the 55,000 Kan Ki Army, or roughly 49,500 dead
- about 60% of HSA+GKA or about 15,000 dead
For what it's worth, I had Kan Ki breaking through with roughly 5K men left alive, but I naturally assumed many would fall behind and be hunted down. Still, I expect Kan Ki to arrive with at least 2000 men and it seems he arrived with closer to 200.

The Gian campaign has been costly to Qin.

Things are about to get spicy. The forces in sekirei completely wiped out. Kanki doesn't have any citizens to use as hostage situation, and they lost a huge amount of numbers while Riboku army not. They took Gian but unless Ousen too arrives or some shit they wont be able to defend it for long. And Sekirei in control of Zhao again, Riboku is probably gonna wipe them out full force then move to Gian.

Or maybe Shibashou with his army wipes out the Sekirei forces, while Riboku surrounds Gian, taking Gian feels more like a trap if anything lol.

It would be pretty interesting to see Kanki turning things again against Riboku in this situation. Coz even in encirclement situation, he was pretty calm and even mentioned about how there tens of methods overturn the situation and take win.

Current set up is getting too much exciting.... lol

Wonder how many soldiers Zhao lost compared to Qin...They actually killed more than what they have lost against Kanki
It is just payback of what Kanki did in Eikyuu.... Riboku fulfilling his promise to give equal or more damage to Qin for what they did in Eikyuu. Though in both situations Kanki became the victor.

Now the best thing would be Ousen talimg some big steps to disrupt Riboku's plan. Lol

ousen will not arrive soon
he needs many days to recover and maybe get rinforcment to march again .
even if ousen manged to recover quickly , it's not idela to go help kanki while you leave the enemy in romo behind you
so ousen needs first to deal with romo then he can come to kanki .

so i don't think ousen will arive any time soon .

SBS is not needed yet
cuz Riboku current army is more than enough
He could send voti or foti with 50k and wipe out sikiri . he he has many generals under him with 300k

really kanki again at the worst situation lol
he lost his army but he won the campaign goal and now defening thier new city seems immposible against 10k vs 300k .

so what he gonna do ?!
the only possible is Riboku sending small numbers to gian like 30k which is stupid if he did it but this will only buy time not victioy for kanki .

This is mostly guess work, but if you'll indulge me:

I estimate the Zhao have lost 30,000 men in the Battle at Gian, and a further 8000 in the Siege of Gian won by the HSA and GKA. In their pursuit of Kan Ki Army stragglers that broke free and fell behind, they probably lost 500 men at most.

If we are to go back further in the arc and start with the Siege of Atsuyou, then I believe the Zhao lost no less than 20,000 troops to a cost of 20,000 Qin dead and probably about 30,0000 wounded and/or no longer fit for duty.

The 40,000 Roumou Army that successfully ambushed the 210,000 Tai Gen Army and burried 40,000 dead of their number - I'm guessing the Zhao lost 2000 at most.

All in all, my estimations look something like this:
Code:
Qin Casualties:
- 20,000 dead in Siege of Atsuyou
- 40,000 dead in Battle at Roumou
- 125,000 dead in Battle at Gian
- 5000 dead between Siege of Gian and Zhao hunting Kan Ki Army stragglers
Total: ~190,000 dead

Zhao Casualties
- 20,000 dead in Siege of Atsuyou
- 2000 dead in Battle at Roumou
- 30,000 dead in Battle at Gian
- 500 dead in hunting Kan Ki Army stragglers
- 8000 dead in Siege of Gian
Total: ~60,500 dead
Rough estimates, but I think the Zhao having inflicted 3x the losses on Qin for the entirety of the Zhao Retaliation Arc sounds about right.

This is true. People seem to forget it's only been a couple days since the Siege of Atsuyou. The Ou Sen Army shouldn't be close to fit for combat.

What could happen however is the revelation that Ou Sen dispatched one or more of his vassals (possibly accompanied by Ou Hon) to fetch the 120,000 men of the Tai Gen Army and march them towards Gian on the double.

I imagine Ri Boku would think twice about being pincered by a 120~140,000 strong army led by A Kou to act as the hammer to Gian's anvil. Especially when the nearest enemy troops, those in the castle, possess the most firepower on the field.

hmm why no on eposted the spoilers ?!
it has been out for hours

first and last 2page

tittle: Ch 737, Zhao People's Unity.
-Sekirei -Gather the Soushin clan ! -The Kade clan too, don't forget your weapons! -Go up to the ramparts with your weapons. -Let the sixth platoon assemble. -kori, rest again! -It's okay, I can help, how can I sleep with all this. -General, the Kaza clan is here, with 37 people. -They are mostly hunters but they are good with the bow. -They should go to the eastern ramparts, the enemy army will come from there. -Ooooh! -General, the Kanto clan is also there, it includes only 23 people but they are strong! -General, the Koto clan is here with 18 soldiers! -Enough if it can reassure you ^^ --------------- -The sadness for sekirei ends here! -

We are going to get rid of Kanki for good, trapped. -Let's go to Gian ! -General of all the armies Riboku ! -Ooooh !

Heki: This is…
Bandits: It can’t be… Are we also going to die like them…?
Heki: The soldiers who were so worked up and ready to defend the castle until just moments ago… to meet their end like… this…

Zhao Soldiers: This is quite the sight. A severe decision, elder. But now we can finally chase down Kanki. Oh, it looks like some of them are still alive.
Elder: Yes, those that didn’t much water. It seems they haven’t yet died.
Zhao Soldier: Shall we make the rounds and kill them?
Captain: No, don’t kill them. We will need workers to rebuild the north. Take them to the detention camp and work them until they die.

Elder: The citizens didn’t run away. They were preemptively sent away by Riboku as part of his strategy. Have the soldiers that escape the battle gather here and take them out all at once with poison.
Heki: Riboku… You bastards… But you know… this is reckless, right? Putting this much poison in your well… It will take several years before anyone can live in Sekirei again… Maybe never.

Elder: When Kanki beheaded 10,000 men last year at Heiyou, even we felt our blood boil this far north. Such a vile act will not be permitted by the people of Zhao! We knew that if that Kanki comes to our north, then he will definitely do the same here. So we vowed to stop him no matter the method. We put poison into this castle’s well which has been here since we were children… In order to kill Kanki and Qin, then all of Zhao will do anything necessary!

What's nuts is people will see this and still won't acknowledge that Riboku has kicked the absolute hell out of Qin from the very start here.

From reading various places, anyone would think the opposite has happened.
Short of taking Kan Ki's head, he has repaid the Qin for Eikyuu and then some.

I estimate 150~200,000 Qin dead since Ri Boku's return. The Zhao have probably lost about a quarter of that, around 40~50,000 thousand, so not a bad trade.
