*When the Hi-Shin Army arrive at Taigen they meet a massive army which is apparently Qin’s North-Eastern Army, apparently they are mobilizing here at Taigen for the second time.(i.e. they also did so last year, is my understanding of this)
*According to Ten if this North-Eastern army 200,000 strong were able to get past the East last year, Qin would have been able to take Gian but surprise attacks from the Roumou Army threw them into confusion and forced them to retreat West.

*Apparently 22,000 of the North-Eastern Army are going to join the Hi-Shin Army as reinforcements making them 30,000 strong (i.e. 15000 of the 22,000 under Shin and 7000 under Kyokai) making this the largest the Hi-Shin Army has ever been.
*The Hi-Shin Army will be taking command for the attack on Roumou, Shouheikun’s order apparently.
*For the North-Eastern Army to be able to get through the East they have to take Roumou.
*Initially the plan was for the Hi-Shin Army to attack Roumou but they didn’t have enough troops hence they need reinforcements from the North-Eastern Army to take Roumou.
*Shin plans to use this as a sorta practice drill for the new Hi-Shin Army of 30,000 so they can be able get things in gear before the main battle
*Commanders from the North-Eastern Army are worried coz the powerful Seika Army were occupying Roumou so won’t be easy and Ten says that the plan was to take out the Seika Army at Roumou but according to Shin, they received intel from Ou Sen that the Seika Army have left Roumou and fallen back to prepare for the main battle.
*In order to take Zhao, Qin made two big moves. As they were gathering a massive army on Taigen, they were also strengthening their army in the South at Gyou. This was to keep a close watch on Gian, which Riboku had taken and also to watch for potential attacks from Wei and Chu from the South.
*According to the historical text blah blah blah…The Taigen Army take Roumou and this Seige Battle on Roumou lit the embers for the second bloody invasion of the Northern part of Zhao.
