with smaller numbers I'd favor Ordo. maybe with a huge army i'd favor Genpou, though Ordo has the gg experience of leading large armies

Rbk only been contributed for stalling Shin..not rest of the plan.

Yes. Riboku may have come up with the grand master plan but Seika had to actually execute it and deal with one of the strongest Qin Armies. Shared Seika/Riboku victory.
