Yeah we already had Ryo vs Sei doing it again will be weird and repetitive.
And given the way they talked about this new problem it seems that Ryo is not really the guy who put it into motion. There is a gray zone here and I think Ryo won't really be the bad guy.

But seeing Ryofui and Sei talking is always great.

I think only reason Ryofui is introduced here, is to take credit for Prisoning Riboku and influencing Zhao courts with Kakukai. So apparently he will go down serving his purpose as making Zhao weak through Politics while Ousen led the Charge front door.

Timing's bad tho. Right nw Zhao is on thr verge of collasp due to Qin Army at it's throat.

Bt honestly it would have been best, if he had Tou jou assasinated and had Ko sit on the throne.
It would have been seeming selfish to surface, and would have had Zhao people questioned his character, selfishness bt he would have done right for Zhao n it's people. And his image don't matter much to him anyway( hence he had Houken be commander or in One shot chapter how everyone called him coward and it didn't bother him).

Kanyou:
Shoubunkun and Mister Shi agrees that sending him alone is a dangerous idea and goes to ask him to reconsider his decision. Turns out Sei left last night without them knowing.

Kanan:
Ryofui and Sei meets. Ryofui says Sei looks very tired. As expected of the result of the invasion of Gyou. Sei says Ryofui hasn't changed and has the same look in his eyes. The same look he had when he admitted defeat to Sei. Sei says he came to check Ryofui's eyes once again. Ryofui says he's impressed that the King came since if people knew he was here his life would be in danger. Sei brought some strong troops with him just in case but feels that he didn't need to at all. Sei then asks why the situation has turned into what it is right now and says there's even talks of executing him right now. Ryofui figures it's an idea from Mister Shi. Ryofui says if Sei thinks he can just say don't do anything he's very foolish. He says even if he thinks it's over it's never really over. The past civil wars can't be thought of lightly and if it's considered neutralization then it will surpass your imagination.

Sei tells Ryofui that he came to talk about Kanan and that since he's overseeing the town he should deal with it. Ryofui asks if he means to tell the people to follow the King and says that's a ridiculous joke since he has no such power. The people are gathering not because Ryofui gathered them but because of the King's mistake. He says Mister Shi was probably right and he should've sent an assassin after Ryofui. Considering the rebellion he should've been executed a while ago. He says the King is too gentle. The fact that the King is in front of him is also hard to believe. He asks the King to remember that tho the gentleness might be a strength of his it can also be his biggest weakness. This will be Ryofui's first and last advice to the King.

Ryofui then asks if he believes that conversation they shared actually ended in his defeat since it doesn't look like it right now. It'll only be when war is finally out of the world that Ryofui's answer will be completely defeated. Sei says he knows. Ryofui asks if Sei still believes the human nature is light and Sei says of course. Ryofui says he sincerely wishes the King good luck as he hugs him. Ryofui asks the King to go back and he will handle the situation in Kanan. Ryofui says his only regret is that he will not be able to see the world the King makes with his own two eyes.

Kanyou:
Sei returned but even after a month passed Kanan continued to gather more people. The Kanyou court began to discuss how to handle the situation when a report from Kanan came which no one could believe. Ryofui has passed away due to drinking poison.

Cart:
Person 1 says person 2 caused quite a commotion just to go outside. Person 2 says it's not just a simple trip outside. Person 1 asks what would happen if they find out it was someone else. Person 2 says if it comes to that the king will understand. Person 1 asks what person 2 will do now to which person 2 replies that he will simply travel the world and keep watch over his majesty's path. Person 1 says that sounds boring. Person 3 says they don't like poor things. Person 2 says sometimes poor things are good and person 3 says no.

Break till August 6th.

Hi everyone, I'm here to just inform you that there will be no new Kingdom chapter for the next 3 weeks. This absence is due to Marine Day (July 23rd) as well as a scheduled break in Issue #35 (July 30th). The Next Chapter, Chapter 649, is scheduled to publish in Weekly Young Jump Issue #36•37 releasing in August 6th 2020 officially. As you might have noticed, Chapter 649 is officially released in another double/combined/merged issue which results in another magazine break. Tentatively, Chapter 650, is scheduled to release officially in Issue #38 (Aug 20th) provided that there is no scheduled break on the part of the author. Below is the release schedule of Weekly Young Jump.

Weekly Young Jump Release Schedule:

Issue #33•34: July 16th --> Chapter 648
July 23rd --> Magazine Break due to Marine Day
Issue #35: July 30th --> Absent
Issue #36•37: Aug 06th --> Chapter 649
August 13th --> Magazine Break due to Obon Festival
Issue #38: Aug 20th --> Chapter 650 (TBD)

Do note that the above are the official release dates for the Japanese Raw. As for the Sense-Scans/Turnip Farmers release, it will depend on how fast they acquire & do the scanlation process on the chapter.
