No. It's someone with a status that is considered illegal by the system. Nothing more.
Migrants are people who - most of the times - have no choice but to move. So calling them criminal is inhuman by nature.
On top of that, Migration - legal or illegal - is beneficial to the economy. So anyone trying to tell you that it is a problem is only concerned about appealing to identitary and probably racist values.

They are economic migrants. They pass through Mexico, which is better off than most developing countries.
And no, concern about immigration isn’t inherently racist. Immigration can destabilize a nation. If you want an example of this, go look at the Middle East.
Look what Zionism did to the Palestinians, or what happened to the countries surrounding Israel when they were forced to take in thousands of refugees from the Nakba.

But the result of this is that the west steals Indian labor and uses it for their own benefit. Look at all the Indian immigrant CEOs working in the west. Imagine how much better off india would be if those people never left.
