USA since its starts was based on immigration and melting pot, there were people claiming white supremacy and that even likes of Italians aren't white. But as we know from history that side failed and Italians become (i think) biggest European minority in USA

The melting pot is a nice idea which I agree with, but in the very begining the founding fathers defined America as an anglo-Saxon country and other Europeans as races of a “swarthy complexion”. Benjamin Franklin referred to Germans as “Swarthy” do you know how racist you gotta be to call Germans swarthy?

Listen man. There’s good shit that America has done in the past. But white supremacy is unfortunately part of this nations legacy, and the idea of America being a nation among nations has been used as an excuse to commit atrocities. Funny thing is that America can easily house all of them. They are more vacant homes than they are occupied ones which is ridiculous. Banks and Corporations buy up properties to remove then from the market, in order to inflate the prices. The average home price in America is $500k. If 1/4 of the vacant homes was put on the market, average home price would drop to around $340k.

White is not a race buddy, it’s a concept that started getting prominence in The Americas in order to distinguish Europeans from other ethnic groups. The fact that you see your country’s ethnicity as superior to others is very telling. I don’t see Iberians as superior to others (which is my ethnicity)

It is an obvious factor, the we can't deny that expensiveness of housing and the shitty homeless programs are the biggest factors. The price for a apartment has been skyrocketing for decades, and nothing to stopping a landlord from raising prices. For a homeless person to qualify for relief, they have to get clean and find a job, something unavailable to them for obvious reasons. It's just backwards. In Europe, a homeless person is temporarily given minimize housing and has to clean themselves up or else they'll lose it. It's been a great success.

In 2007, the shelter had 33 beds “with a dozen paid staff members” to care for “people with a range of mental and physical health problems coupled with extreme poverty.”
