Not all communists believe in an authoritarian form of governance. THey do ascribe the means of production to the state but a lot of them are full fledged belivers in democracy. You painting all of those who believe in that economic system with the same brush speaks volumes to your ignorance and a lack of a principled stance when it comes to democratic participation. I never used the words of "I'm morally superior to you" I just said you were a bigot and a fascist.

Bare in mind this also applies to the opposite side of the political spectrum. There's been plenty of fascists and nazis elected in small towns and state government. I hate them, but they do have a right to participate in the democratic process as american citizens.

Here is the thing,the left adapts its narrative to the local reality of the nation. Here in Latin America,Marxism and Guerrila warfare was what worked back in the 60s,but they lost that fight with the military. In most of Europe,a call for violence never had any adherents,so they went along with other strategies.
The Brazilian Communist Party says they abandoned violence and now adhere to the democratic process to achieve their revolution. Do you get it? They didn't abandon the marxist model(that distopia) they merely abandoned guerrila warfare as a tatic. They still want to implement a soviet style regime and they are slowing achieving their goal. So yeah,i don't really trust ANY left winger. You just don't see crazy bolsheviks in America and Europe because that approach doesn't work.

Prior the the Bolsonaro phenomena,we had 0 right wing presidents ever since 1988. Sure he had some left wing guys that paraded as right wing,but their farce was exposed eventually by their policies. We literally had over 40~50 political parties and only now a right wing party was formed.
Everyone that is slightly associated with conservativism is being targeted by the supreme court,the left and the narcoterrorists.

The concept of responsibility in a materialist world is an illusion. So, technically and in absolute, the simple fact of punishing a person for something that they did without the possibility of stopping themself because of a lack of treatment, education, will or simple care... is a nonsence.

Prison are only here to keep the population safe, not to punish. In the future, prisons will disappear to give place to care and rehabilitation center. Complex and advanced psychological facilities that will prevent those people from being any more of a danger for society. If we are able rehabilitate those people deeply without the prison parameter, we will have risen to the next level on the civilisation scale.
But this is something that is beyond even communism or anarchism.

1.5% is a very small minority, especially considering you have to add up different intersex conditions for that number. . .

ye at best one could describe intersex people as third option thats basically "none". they either dont belong to either sex because they dont produce gametes, or they do and are part of either of the sexes male and female.

its not an actual third sex though, because there is no third gamete thats part of sexual reproduction.

it totally is though. sex is about sexual reproduction, which is based on a system of two gametes in all of mammalian biology at the very least. its different when you look at funghi for example

Added, those are still representing an enourmous amount of the population. And the minority of those characteristic is not a testimony of "anomalies" in nature but th testimony of a clear foundamental characteristic of the potential of sexual attributes and the fact that they are not fixated in only two categories.

We INVENTED the male and female categories. They are human CONSTRUCTIONS simply because we didn't care to look further. Now that we did, the definition of sex is expending. Its as simple as that. And the definition of the world health organisation about sex relect that:
