To be a livable wage, it has to increase with the cost of living, which hasn’t happened for almost two decades now…hell, I make over $30 an hour at my job with my wife making roughly as much at hers, we have no children but we still only make enough to stay afloat, vacations and savings are few and far between. It’s just not right to tell the people who elected you that they don’t deserve financial security or any sort of enjoyment out of life, these pieces of scum need to remember they work for us, not the other way around.
