I see.
RyoQ was threadban last night. He won't answer you btw
Oh man

Alrighty then I will explain the issue here @RyoQ , this is a gigantic issue that both republicans and democrats encourage to get worse

The issue of wage labour goes like this

People are spread into two camps, workers and owners of capital ( capitalists )

Capitalists own some capital, and the workers work with that capital, called the means of production, to produce value

Like for example I guess you could count stock, machinery used in production, etc, as capital

The issue is this:

The worker produces some value

Some of that value is used to pay the worker wages

The rest is taken as profit by the capitalist, why? Because the capitalist owns the means of production

Only because they own the means of production, even though they did no producing, no work, the capitalist gets a part of the value that the worker produces

The wealth of these billionares and millionares, what it is, is money that they got by owning capital, that workers produced with, and they, by virtue of just owning that capital, not by working, got part of that value, and it accumulated into their wealth

That is why profit is theft, and why capitalists act as economic parasites, leeching off of the work that workers produce, and gathering all the wealth, that regular people would have to share, if they would have owned the means of production themselves

The solution to this is abolishing capitalism, by having the workers own those means of production themselves

But I think it is very important to mention, there are mainly two types of socialists, state socialists ( Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Xi Jinping, etc ) and anarchists

State socialists want a strong state that they think represents the workers' interests, to manage the means of production, until it would eventually dissolve ( this was proven wrong decades before the russian revolution, in debates between the state socialists and the anarchists )

Anarchists want workers to have direct control of the means of production, like the workers of a company, themselves, get to vote and decide what to do and stuff

Anarchists actually have a pretty big history, with being the resistance in the Spanish Civil War, fighting in the russian civil war and being betrayed by the leninists, George Orwell, who wrote 1984, actually said that he wrote a lot of, or everything that he wrote, in support for democratic socialism, they did a lot of union organizing, etc

So socialism doesn't means having a strong state as a tyrant over you, it just means you are not exploited by a capitalist, and get to have a democratic workplace, and also benefit from the improvements made from overall not having a few people act as economic parasites and gather huge wealth from that, that can instead be used for everyone's shared benefit

And I really really recommend this video

The only people who cry and lash out when fascists die are fellow fascists, there’s no need to slow down for these nutjob mongrels who so happily cheer on the pain and misery their neighbors go through because of their votes and actions :kayneshrug:
hard to show any sympathy for someone who had little sympathy himself
but we need to tone down on the blanket labels because it shuts down any sort of discussion.
the unfortunate thing about america is very normal/ a lot of average people had some of the opinions kirk had.
some of it is due to cultural upbringing, some religious dogma, and some are just genuinely assholes but in a country where 75 million people voted for the current regime, i am fairly certain you are likely to find more people from the first two camps than the last.

I used to think 10 years ago that the GOP would think about changing gun legislation when their own would get shot.

I was wrong. They consider their own as mere sacrifice.
I am sad that he chose to live his life the way he did

I heard he had a net worth of 12 million dollars, imagine what he could have done with that

Probably made that money with "conference & books & whatnot" related to his ideas.
How many kids in different countries' lives could be changed with even just a few hundred dollars donated per person

I think americans may not known this, but while salaries in other developed capitalist countries are way way less, things are also way way cheaper

Charlie Kirk could have changed the life of thousands or dozens of thousands of people just by donating, not even including the fact that if he focused on funding unions he would probably have gone down in history as a huge hero that changed the world for the better extremely much

Watched the first 5 min. My take on school shootings: MORE GUNS!!!!! Mandatory private security and police patrolling in every fucking school and university. The same goes for shopping centers and other places where people gather, like parks. Gun-free zones should be extinguished (yes, I know there are lots of judicial caveats with that). The fact is that the pigs that go around shooting people more often than not do so where they know there won't be any armed men in the vicinity. They might be evil, but they are not stupid. Banning guns sounds like an easy fix, but it actually is not. About 50% of those happen with illegal guns. The illegal market in America is a big deal.

There is no easy way to disarm organized crime. Especially if a nation is bordered by neighboring states run by organized crime. Similar to Brazil. Speaking of Brazil, we have tight gun control, and yet we have over 60K deaths every year. We have these massacres too. The vast majority of them with illegal weapons. The last one involved crossbows, machetes, and molotov cocktails. Btw, favelas are mostly dominated by organized crime, and they kill off innocent people pretty much every single day for petty reasons.

Keep in mind that this 60k figure is the official number released by the gov, which is clearly embellished to not look so bad. We also have over 100k missing people every year. How many of those missing were actually murdered, we will never know.

Lots of places have high gun ownership, and such massacres are an alien concept. Guns don't go floating around shooting people. homicidal maniacs do. The debate should be about figuring out what is wrong with such people. Why is society breeding mass shooters? My take on this:Many of those were bullied, suffered from abuse, or are mentally ill. You guys should be focusing on the issue of bullying, mental illness, loneliness, drug use and child abuse.

Propagenda video from a moron who cant even match the footage to words out of his mouth
I will watch the full thing later. I see it talks about Israel x Hamas, but I haven't watched it yet. To be honest, I don't think we have reliable sources on what is actually going on.

The whole video is charlie isn't pro palestine therfore he deserves to die, its always the same people : like terrorism, hate their own country and the west, advocate for killing and laughing when said person gets assasinated

Sounds like you could get rid of the other 50%...

My man thinks those who have legal guns are fighting illegal crime like a crew of vigilante

I agree, un-regulate gun control in Brazil. There needs to be more crime. Right ?

I like how you guys refer to guns as if they were sextoys, so cute.

Yeah but banning guns seems way faster to accomplish than "re-educating" hundreds of millions of people.

Israel x Hamas
Still waiting for that chapter 420 and then Togashi will be good to go

There aren't, because that isn't the point. It's for self-defense. Btw, we need vigilantes like right fucking now. We have areas completely taken by organized crime . The police and army don't do jack shit. The gov doesn't let them. Those people are being butchered every single day. "Bruh, you don't solve violence with violence."Gtfo," you say, 'the innocent should just let themselves be murdered' with that logic. Back in Jair's days, crime lowered to a record level in Rio de Janeiro, and overall crime decreased nationwide. Armed citizens=criminals scared. Do you think people that undergo a background check, psychological test, and gun shooting safety test and pay a fortune on documents will undergo all that to go around murdering and stealing? Wake the fuck up. It doesn't make sense to commit crimes with registered guns. Granted, crimes of passion are a thing. Sometimes crimes do happen with registered guns. But once again, you don't punish the collective for the action of individuals.
"Banning guns" is faster. Of course, it is. It is also the fastest way to see homicide and every other crime skyrocket. You people are not being rational here. About half a million to 3 million defensive gun uses in America every fucking year. Imagine how many more people would die every fucking year.
Chapter 419 done?
Btw, @BleakAsh Where did that guy get those statistic that says 1 school shooting happens every day? Because I can't find that one. Sounds like a huge asspull. School shootings are not THAT frequent.
