Nop. Anti and against are two very different things in this case.
Being opposed to or against fascism is a stance, it's not necessarily followed by a political action.
Antifascism is historically a set of action against fascism. As such, to be antifascist, you need more than just explain that you are against or opposed to fascism, you need to adopt behaviors and do some actions against it.
A rightist can't do that fully as their ideologies and values will help fascist (hence why we want to separate ourselves from rightists)
