You have to take a step back and read these things not with "intent" of story. They are made to hype you about the character as promotional material. This was not said about Zoro in the manga, but supplemental material, think about that for a minute. Right after this it mentions he already has his battle with the Yonko.

It has a pretty good chance of happening but it also has a pretty good chance of not happening.
I would love to ZKK to happen but i would be fine if it didnt happened.
Since this is the first story arc that Zoro fought main villain and he has a connections with Ryuma i still think it would happen.

If there were no panels of Zoro after his fight with King and lying on the ground then ZKK would have been dead for me. But then we get the grim reaper plotline (which may have been to show the seriousness of injuries) except that we see Zoro lying down in a different position after it happens. Then to top it off we get the panel where Zoro is apparently falling from the island also after the bomb exploded in the basement. That tells me that the plotline for Zoro in the raid has not yet ended and with all the hype and promo material so far for Zoro in Wano and Onigashima I am pretty much sold on the ZKK theory (it might change if there are more compelling arguments for another plot with Zoro for example with Orochi or CP-0 or anything else).

And sorry i personally hate people that act all smug and claim that something will/won't happen in a story that they don't write. That's why I'm open to literally any possibility, like Sanji getting COC, Sanji getting to rooftop, Law/Kid beating Big Mom....
