Speculations Interesting theories you read that didn't happen

As expected with a manga like One Piece there are numerous theories and speculations that have been made over the overall story, future arcs, characters' backgrounds and connections with other characters, etc...

Of course most of these theories end up debunked or are simply ignored as if they never existed as the story progresses.

Among these theories which ones did really catch your attention because of how well-made and interesting they are but didn't happen in the canon story ?

One example I remember is a theory that Doflamingo poisonned Whitebeard as the medicaments that were used to calm and treat Whitebeard's sickness had the Donquixote Family logo on them and that it was one of the reasons why Whitebeard was so sick during Marineford arc.

3. Pedro surviving by some chance (being rescued or what have you), and showing up in Wano.
4. JInbei being dead after his battle with BM. (no way this is happening)
5. A weird one about Zoro's closed eye holding some sort of power/ secret.
6. Tashigi being Kuina.
7. And of course a bunch of random theories to get Bellamy/Carrot/ Caeser on the Strawhat crew.

One cool theory I saw linked DF's with Davy Jones' Locker since a person who eats one can't swim, but I don't know the chances of that actually being true in the end.
