No it doesn't give him hardening. People have been using the zoomed in manga shots of Sanji using it in WCI and Wano which have subsequently been clarified in the anime, this was less clear in the WCI vs. Daifuku shot because it was such a quick clash, but it was there!
Oda doesn't show it more because it's not cool to show it when he uses diable jambe because it messes with the visual effect, and it's not feasible to show it when he wears black trousers so the two instances of it shown in the manga are vs. Daifuku and vs. Drake where he wore white trousers or bare skin+ sandals.

Lmao the most hilarious and impressive thing about this episode....was that Sanji was able to make Full Zoan Drake go on concious.
Hes lacking in speed, but by being in Full Zoan....hes in his most durable form. Going by what Toei....showed, Sanji could knock out Base and Hybrid Drake with an even weaker attack

Hordy Jones gave Zoro some trouble, yet still gotten one shot like the manga.
Speed having Observation Haki
Alpacaman using Armament Haki spit.
Law and Kidd being able to defeat Pacifistas in Saobody.
Even the fucking Minotaurus hurting Luffy with a non-spiky club (which had sharper spikes in the manga) without seastone or Haki never made any sense.

Ashura fights on equal terms with Jack and even wounds him. Then in the anime, Aushra is unable to deal with the injured Holdem and his pack. Do people really still think it's worth taking anime seriously?
Even this episode is stupid. Drake says that he is not as weak as Page 1 and is knocked out by Sanji's attacks, when as Page 1 endured all of his attacks in the RS.
