General & Others It is impossible for Big Mom to win

Oda not knowing when Wano will end pretty much debunks your argument.

Never said anything about act 4, but he could write exactly like that. But raid failling would be the fastest option to end the arc.
If Oda thought he'd end Wano in 2021 then get the hint, he's not planning to do an act 4. There's no way he possibly thought he could wrap up act 3 AND act 4 in 2021 alone.

The raid failing doesn't end the arc, the arc ends when Kaido is defeated and Wano is freed.

The Raid failing end the arc

Just like failing to capture Robin ended Water 7

and actually the saga will have 5 acts

The only reasonable thing I could see that might go with the raid failing... is if Kidd and Law lose, Big Mom runs due to severe injuries/BMP arriving/WG ships impending

Other than that... Momo will save the flower capital... Yamato will save Onigashima and Luffy will beat Kaido... i would say another 15-20 chaps is more than enough

Oda planned to end One Piece in 5 years. That was what? Ending of 2018? And he said the same thing back at 2019 didn't he? Or it was 2019 and 2020 not sure. And he is dragging Wano much more than he needed.

Oda says one thing and does another. One Piece is pretty much about this. Oda makes enemies basically indestructibles at the point he has no literally says to viewers that this villains is getting hurt and defeated other than shows us and let us have the same conclusion by ourselves.

The progression is the exact same.

Linlin is tired and worn out. Kid and Law have strengthened their resolve, with Kid now not only fighting for himself but also to help Luffy.

Kid literally states in 1038 that the emperors aren't invincible, but I guess if you cherry pick quotes you can craft your own narrative
Hope I’m wrong but don’t hang ur hat on this one line man it’s defo gonna come bite u in the ass :catcry:. I won’t be quoting u on this but I’m sure someone else will:catsweat: .
Already addressed this point to Wiwi earlier in the thread. I don’t really wanna keep going on about it.

The question should be big mom got stronger by taking a year off her life? In the last chapter they basically did to her ...
what they did to her before she took a year off her life and kid and law are still not knocked out.
And she says she is exhausted

At the end he's still conveying the feeling that emperors are faillible, hence his analogy about the rock/mountain
Let's just compare how differently Big Mom react to a previously used move :

In the first use she immediately recover and stay up
In the second use, she doesn't and fall on her back on the ground.
Oda is clearly telling something

I don’t disagree with ur notion on Kidd & Law hurting Big Mom. Neither do I disagree with the notion that this fight has taken a lot out of Linlin (she herself said so in the chapter) and I also agree that Oda is sending a clear message this chapter, I just don’t think it’s what you’re getting at:catsweat: but we can disagree on this ^^

Man, love seeing people debate over Kidd and Law vs Big Mom.:ihaha:

While here I am waiting for Kidd and Law to "beat" Big Mom via tricks to the point that they both get recognition as Great Pirates while Big Mom will escape and return for 3 arcs in a row for Elbaf. Win win situation for both sides.

Most people who don't want BM to lose don't even like her nor do they want BM for another are for real.
It is just they hate Kidd and fear zoro feats won't match Kidd and law beating a Yonko

These same guys were saying BM will fall but now they are bringing up "elbaf plot, Germa plot"

Only a few guys actually don't have agenda against BM or Kidd and law.

--BM should get good feats , use everything in her arsenal like adv coc , making Prometheus big , use attacks more powerful than fulgora as it was a test attack , awakening etc etc

--BM barely using it against midd and law is lackluster to say the least

--One thing has been clear to me , you are neither BM fan or Kaido fan

You are kata/midd fan lol

The fight ends next chapter given oda's title conventions, so either Linlin is defeated in the most lackluster way out of anyone (sans Jack) or Law and Kidd get participation trophy's for their efforts in the Onigashima raid and are utterly disappointing.

Either way I don't think people will be satisfied.

Given her being a Yonko it doesn't really "have" to end in a chapter, but that'll depend on how much Oda feels like telling with their fight.

I'd say if we got 2 decently focused chapters on their fight, then people will be happy. One will definitely feel iffy though, I agree. 3rd scenario somehow Oda shifting scenes again even though he called the Vs chapter, which will just drag the fight out even more

Most "vs" title chapters end that chapter or go on for one more chapter. So I'm not putting up any expectations.
