Awakening is really the only possible way. And it's not too implausible. After all, we've seen how many awakened zoans since Impel Down? Zero as far as I recall. This would be the right time to show us a "normal" awakened zoan. Come on Oda let's fucking gooooo.

Tbh I'd rather the crew just fight linlin's crew. Give Jinbe Snack or something. It's a 600 million pirate up from the 500+ WsW was.

Yamato vs Smoothie seems "obvious" enough, considering her strength. And depending on Compote's level of strength, that could be for Franky. Brook? Baron Tamago. Usopp? Tons of fodder and Mont D'Or. Nami? Same as above. Chopper? Daifuku and fodder with a new form.

I just think that if BM is supposed to go down and considering most of the crew fodderized their opponents or had help, they should be tackled by Luffy's relatively healthy crew. Their additional numbers can also be handled by Law and Kid's crews subsequently.

To me it's just something that works or can work in the end.
