Big Mom had no issues with Marco's speed. In fact, during their clash, she was able to easily catch him by the neck.
Kaido and Big Mom fought for 3 days straight. Kaido in base form, kept up with Big Mom's speed.
Luffy in base, is keeping up with Kaido in hybrid.
Snakeman is dozens of times faster than Luffy in base, and once Katakuri figured it out, he was able to dodge Snakeman with no problems.
So if Kaido and Big Mom have no problems with Marco's level of speed, and Luffy in base also has no problems matching that speed, then obviously Katakuri would have zero issues with it as well.

False scaling, if you're not going to consider how much more stronger, faster and all the stats boost he got in the span of a couple of chapters on the rooftop. Highlighted the entire thing in a different post about the same topic here. Quoting it.
Scaling Luffy's past opponents using post chapter 1010 Luffy is absolutely stupid. If that's your argument, then let me go one further.
Doflamingo was blitzing Base Luffy in Dressrosa Arc. Same base Luffy is keeping up with Hybrid Kaido now post chapter 1010. So can Doflamingo do that?

Adding on to my arguments, why do you think it's that big of a deal if Big Mom, a top tier who should technically be able to match speeds with other top tiers (Kizaru included), is able to match Marco? When not affected by gag scenes or PIS ofcourse.
Here's my reasoning. I've highlighted instances which seem like Future Sight depiction in the story.
Luffy was struggling to dodge Hybrid Kaido even while using FS before the adv CoC buff while Kaido was dodging his attacks with ease. But post the adv CoC buff, Luffy is able to keep up with Hybrid Kaido 1 for 1 for some reason.
Now I don't know what happened lol. Either Oda gave him multiple boosts in all stats to push him to the scale of a Yonko as fast as possible or adv CoC gives some form of speed buff as well, while I personally lean towards the former, knowing Oda's track record.
This is why I think, at the very least post Chapter 1010 Luffy, should not be used to scale his previous opponents since there's a clear boost in all of his stats, to make him undeniably a Top Tier.
Now I don't know what happened lol. Either Oda gave him multiple boosts in all stats to push him to the scale of a Yonko as fast as possible or adv CoC gives some form of speed buff as well, while I personally lean towards the former, knowing Oda's track record.

His devil fruit and fighting style (flames + speed) parallels Marco.
His biker aesthetic reminds me of Katakuri.
The Impel down Suit and the Sword reminds me of Shiryu.
The no nonsense demeanor reminds me of Daz Bones.

Scaling Marco, King and Kizaru who have fought battles and didn't magically get power ups in the middle of them, is completely different from scaling post Chapter 1010 Luffy to Katakuri when I produced clear evidence as to how he got insane stat boosts between the two fights to keep up with Hybrid Kaido.

No, what you are doing is scaling King to Kizaru by using off panel clashes of Marco and King.
There is varying levels of speed feats. People moving around in base is not the equivalent of people moving around in short burst whether it be high end attacks, or for interception purposes. Was Marco and King clashing at the level of which Marco intercepted Kizaru's lasers? If you think so, then prove it. If King is always moving that fast, and matches Marco in speed, then there would be no way in hell Marco could intercept King before he attacked Zoro and Sanji, from the distance Marco was, while completely depleted of stamina. Thus proving, King's speed in base, is not the same as performing at a much higher level like what Marco did, which can not be proven, because it was all off panel, and we have no clue what type of clashes they were having, or if King wasn't being aided by his many allies in some way.
Not even to mention there is literally zero indication that Luffy, or whoever else for that matter, is just magically getting faster in his base, every arc. So saying base Luffy on the rooftop, is faster than base Luffy in Dressrosa is flat out wrong.

Wait what happened to your kata wanking? I could have sworn that you would defend him in any way possible. 
I never once implied that Marco or Kizaru or King was always moving at their top speeds. The key word here is "keep up" because they were engaging each other in prolonged combat.
And I still scale Kizaru over Marco and Marco over King when it comes to speed. Unless proven otherwise ofcourse.
King's flame punch was aimed to kill a crucifixed Zoro and was in his base form. Do you think King would deliver that punch at his fastest speeds?
