Really the medicine should be going to people like Jinbei, who have taken a bit of damage but nothing seriously. Giving it to be people who have had an extreme diff like Zoro is a massive gamble on what happens to them afterwards. Only Luffy and Zoro have shown the extraordinary willpower and strength to show they could survive something like that (Mihawk’s wounds, Zoro taking Luffy’s pain, Ivankov’s treatment etc).

Kid/Law endurance have been shown in the same ballpark as either of these characters. Literally in the current arc, so the examples of old shit. That we dnt know Law/Kid can’t do by the way, hardly sound logic to scale an advantage.

At the moment there’s very little, to No logical reason to assume they wouldn’t be able to endure the side effects. Especially considering neither as grievously injured as Zoro when u takes the drug.

Kid and Law couldn't anything effective against Big Mom and Kaido on the roof top. Having awakening back then would have made a difference.

After they showed awakening they said it's too dangerous to use in battle because it drains their energy too quickly and had to sit down and rest after using it once. Then Oda took that weakness away so they could continue fighting. Both of them still couldn't defeat big mom. Oda had to give them bombs for them to win.

They weren't heavy injured. Several broken bones having injured they didn't have it. I do agree that they were fatigued and that's why Oda took away the awakening power drain and had to give them more energy.

law and kidd have also shown tremendous willpower with linlin going as far as to draw a comparison between them and luffy.
the reason is simple
it was pis introduced so zoro could fight king. zoro didnt even know if he will be able to survive the whole ordeal afterwards when he was allowed to take it and the only reason he would realistically is down to plot.
