what reason do you have to think they would die from it
burden of proof is on you
they are less hurt than zoro was after an extreme diff fight ;
they both have very strong wills with big mom going as far as to draw similarities with them and luffy.
why exactly should one think they die from it.
the drug was offered to zoro who btw was in no way guaranteed to survive after it so even using that as a reason to argue why its not an option for them is comical.

great logic am not sure you understand the reason zoro and luffy are able to endure said damage is purely due to will power

we can directly scale Law/Kids endurance. To the same general lvl as Luffy/Zoro, based on feats in this very arc. Though he’s been dickering for so many years. He probably just can’t bring himself to face the truth.
