Doesn't it no longer affect him due to his equipment? Would be a good way to show his progress, although I think Shoto will take over from him after a while because we have yet to get the Touya reveal.

Possible. His power never impressed me. I used to wonder what’s his worth in the UA against the Cementos, Aizawa, Etc. Maybe that’s why he joined the dark side.
