Well, with Eraser around Shiggy can't do anything. The only way he doesn't get captured or his quirk erased is when the traitor is at the same spot. And now only Mic fits that criteria.

Eraser can erase shiggy quirk decay but if Shiggy modifications are physical I don't think Eraser can do anything about that.

Or maybe Ujiko gave him multiple quirks too and I don't think Earser can erase them all at the same time.

That's possible, but his quirk doesn't work when it goes straight through him. We have waited so long for Mirio to come back that it feels like it got stalled for a really big scene. He's also not at 100% yet, so this leaves such a possibility.
