There is no one who can hold her power rn so All Might risks everything and asks Eri to perform her Quirk on him. ( Yes, I believe in theory about Eri's quirk awakening turning back time so Prime Might coming back is plausible because Eri is not igniting OFA back in All Might bust turns All Might to the time of his prime.
Prime Might dies stalling Shigaraki enough for Heroes to leave Japan with Citizens.
Mirio saves as many people as he can and Prime Might one-shots Gigantomachia.
All Might tells Endeavor to take everyone to the USA and etc.
Fight between Shigaraki reaches High/Above Dragon level destruction.
There is no fucking way this ends the other way.
100% Deku once again is useless.
Shigaraki + Gigantomachia is overkill.
Endeavor did great but he never surpassed All Might.
Laugh as much as you can but I just can't fucking see other possibilities.
Unless Horikoshi goes for idiotic Shonen logic oh Shigaraki is only 75% so it means he is not 100% so it means Heroes can beat him.

Got any theories about deku's quirk? Is it posibble deku got quirk not like his parents like super regeneration quirk 
Deku might've had a quirk so op that Dr. stoled it for Noumu/AFO.
I had a small period in my existence where I consider Deku's noting all of the shit and analyzing the shit out of everything as some sort of analyzing quirk xD.
