Actually if deku success manifested his quirk, its not big deal to flying, after all his mom got psyco power like phoenix from xmen. His mom quirk kinda powerful "make small thing float". Maybe if his mother practice n aiming to become hero she will make the quirk stronger.

That's how I added the puzzles. Nana got the best out of her parents Quirk and Deku's mom as her sister got the worse version.

My theory was debunked quickly because Deku's mom Quirk is stated to be able to make things float via telekinesis.
