Some people still think that Hori is going to do a sequel or spin off to MHA once the main story is over and while that could still happen, I personally don't think it will.

Once MHA is finished Hori should:
1. Take a few months rest to get his diet, sleep, and health right
2. Release a horror manga once he feels better, but make it a monthly or twice a month release. Weekly releases just ruin this man.

I am convinced we're going to see Eri Rewind All Might into his prime at some point.
Can't think of any way for them to really survive otherwise, the Heroes don't just need reinforcements, they need someone near Deku's level for reinforcements, and the only person left is blood-hacking old man.
