So Destro threat was a lot higher than Overhaul ones. Overhaul had Eri and erasing quirk bullets that made him dangerous.
MLA vs 8 precepts : the MLA pinpoint where are the Precepts and destroy them. Or they just call the heroes to beat Overhaul.
Now chief vs Chief : Destro JR is a highly skilled individual who trained a lot and has mastered his quirk. Overhaul is good too but he will need to merge to have a chance to do something. If he doesn't become mega kaiju Destro crushs him.
Destro crushed Shiggy in the beginning and shiggy was fast, like really fast. And Destro has top intel so he will know Chisaki powers. I don't think Overhaul has that much of a chance here. Army vs Army or 1 vs 1.

Gigantomachia didn’t flinch from Dabi’s flame so his durability probably has some kind of quirk that would protect him from Overhauling. I can’t picture AFO’s direct body guard getting Overhauled, and Overhaul’s golem is getting flattened by Gigantomachia.

Giganto beat the whole LOV with Shiggy but I don't know if Shiggy really tried to dust him. If Shiggy didn't manage to touch him once in one month Chisaki chance are none
And I think Destro has a good chance to beat Overhaul too.
Mirio vs Destro : Mirio will need to go for the kill immediately before Destro goes in 80%. Or Mirio has to target the eyes etc. If not he will need 1000 punchs and won't manage to put Destro down.

I’ve always wondered if Mirio can punch people straight in the organs lol.
Like we saw him straight up phase through Eri’s head to kick a thug in the face, and we saw him punch through Overhaul’s hand to strike him in the mouth,
So can Mirio phase through your skull and punch your brain clean? Or can he punch through your chest and strike you in the heart? I doubt he’d ever do this because this would probably end in murder for anyone he did this to, but food for thought lol.
