Just saw some of his games, KAT is looking better than before. Yeah at this point I’d say he would get a nod over an Embiid who plays much less games.
If he's half the passer Jokic is and half the defender Embiid is while being the most versatile scoring big man right now, how can he not be the best big man in the game? This guy got legit scary on D in the first 2 games. I'm still a bit concerned about him fouling a lot but we'll see if he can mitigate that.

Thank you for avenging us, Miami.

We suck on defense and Harden is shooting like shit again. SMH

Damn, Harden hit himself on the head with the ball. That's going on Shaqtin' :josad:
Post automatically merged:

Westbrook has been more efficient than Harden in the first 2 games, lol. That was pretty close.

We need to do better on D. We SUCKED.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope through 2 games:

48 minutes
1 point
0/9 shooting
8 fouls

He's like a smaller Hibbert, lol.

I have to change my predictions. The Clipper are too good not to win it.
Might have to change your predictions again, lol. :yasu:

Clippers lose their 1st game to the Suns as expected.

I am so glad Clippers lost, people were wanking them as if they were on par with Durant's Golden State.

Plus the fact Phoenix beat them shows how brutal Western Conference is.
Those Warriors would probably beat these Clippers if they're playing their max game. But Iet's not get it twisted, from top to bottom Clippers are more stacked. Warriors last year saw their bench depleted tbh.

Btw I'm glad they took an L to Phoenix as well lol.

I agree, they are stacked, they have best defense, they gave a great coach, on paper they are da best team. My point is they are not as dominantly favourites as Warriors were, they are not da boogeyman, they are BEATABLE.

Also, Golden State lost both Durant & Thompson to injuries, that's why they didn't win, they were still top 3 NBA team without KD. Are Clippers top 5 without Leonard, cause of their stacked bench?

I'd say so. With PG leading them and with the pieces they have now, hard to name 5 teams that would be better than them clearly.

Remember without PG or Kawhi, this team took 2 games off the Warriors in the first rd last year and at Oracle.

Damn Kings are looking bad. Thought they might make the next step this year.

Obviously still could but Walton still looks like a trash coach
Honestly, I thought the opposite. Most teams are playing faster now and it's just tough for them, especially in the West.

Warriors healthy roster has 3 names I know, the rest are G league caliber players at best lmfao. This team is embarassing to watch rn.
They should've lost by 40 until OKC played their bench warmers late. I said before their defense looks worse than I thought when they played the Lakers in preseason, but now their defense looks even worse than I thought than when I saw them play the Lakers. They might be the worst defensive team in the league this year. Steph's gonna have to average numbers that are better than his MVP season in '16 for his team to make the playoffs. Dray as well but I'm not sure they can considering they've been in the Finals for 5 straight times and Klay might not play this season.

On the other side, SGA looks like the truth. He might win the MIP this year. Also, as much as it sucks to say, I'm glad we have WB now over CP3. Still a very good player but he's half the player he once was.

Holy shit, Wiggins in the last close games has been ASS the whole game but in crunch time is CLUTCH. 3 consecutive 3-pointers to put MIN up by 9. 2nd best clutch player behind Kyrie, lol.

Don't look now but the T-Wolves have the best record in the NBA.

Doubt it, I even put Nuggets above no Leonard Clippers.

My real problem with them is Leonard. I think he was lucky last year.

Harden was beaten by Steph + Klay.
Leonard defeated Steph with no Klay.
Pretty sure Rockets would have beaten Klayless & Durantless Warriors.

Current year:

Harden gets Westbrook.
Leonard gets Westbrook's lackey.
Everyone explodes at the greatness that is PG, I am like OK.

Then there's the teammates. Sure Clippers teammates are better than Raptors teammates, but he playin' in Western Conference now, no more bullshitin' around like he did in da eastern conference.(that's why KD will always be da fav to win championship as long as he in EC)

Then there's da fact he barely beat injured Embiid with a lucky shot. Which sealed da deal for me in not buying into his hype.

Harden finally hit a stepback 3 but he's still not shooting that well. Tbf, the team shoots like shit so far.

Miss CP3 in HOU. Wanted him to win a ring with them. He was the best player in the playoffs for us and the best player during that GSW series in the 1st season. :feelscryingman:

DEFENSE

At this point, might as well have Westbrook be the primary ballhandler with Harden shooting more spot-ups. He just attacks and kicks it out when he needs to. I can live with the turnovers.
Post automatically merged:

We can't hit open shots... Holy shit!
Post automatically merged:

Saved the hot shooting for the preseason, lol.
Post automatically merged:

Ey, we don't look like OKC anymore. I thought we had no shooters for the new guy.
Post automatically merged:

Back to shooting like shit again. Can't take this anymore and it's not even Westbrook. PJ's the only consistent shooter right now.

WESTBROOK!!!

WESTBROOK AGAIN!!!

Another close win. At this point, fuck the shooting. Just do better on defense once again.

Dear WB followers, I ask for forgiveness as I have slandered thy name of Westbrook and the gift of the triple-double (should've had another one if the team wasn't missing a lot of open shots). I must atone for my sins as I feel guilty for what I've done.

The defense is booty cheeks right now. Even Draymond be admitting that. Andre Iguodala was that team’s best perimeter defender, they could have really used his help but now he’s sitting at home waiting for a buyout.

They about to a pull an Orlando Magic two seasons ago lmao, about to fake out looking good. KAT is carrying them, they really need a star guard next to KAT. Trading Roco for Russel? :kayneshrug:, the Warriors get a defender they need and the Wolves get the all star guard, looks doable to me. Probably wont happen this season though.

Honestly, I'd prefer a Wiggs-for-D'Lo trade if they can somehow do that but RoCo is indeed the most attractive centerpiece for them to get D'Lo. I think RoCo could be important to them like a PJ Tucker and although I've liked I've seen from Layman so far (thanks @Ace ), I think he's better as a role player off the bench for now.

Can't wait for the 2 best teams to battle tomorrow: Sixers vs T-Wolves :feelsokeman:

AD with that 40/20 game. Eww
